We feel privileged to have allied with CREDAI Nashik Metro as the official creative and communications partners for Shelter 2017, a flagship property exhibition of CREDAI Nashik Metro.

SHELTER is held biannually in Nashik. It’s a platform where the real estate professionals come together and showcase their creations and properties. It’s an encompassing thought, as it intends to bring all professional associations, activities, and businesses under one roof.

Shelter 2017 was not just an event, but it went much beyond that. The integration of work, lifestyle and necessities was showcased in this exposition.

At Arambha, on 4th of October, 2017, the new identity and road-map for CREDAI Nashik Metro’s biannual property exhibition, Shelter 2017 was unveiled and announced in the presence of industry leaders and eminent dignitaries.

Moving forward, Shelter 2017 was successfully executed from 22nd – 26th December 2017. The response and participation of people was overwhelming right from Day 1. And to make the closing ceremony more special, Honourable Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri.DevendraFadnavis graced the occasion.

We would like to thank Mr. UdayGhuge (convener of Shelter 2017), Mr. Sunil Kotwal (President of Credai Nashik), Mr. TusharSanklecha, and the complete Shelter 2017 team to give us this opportunity.

They have been active in Pune’s changing scenario for past 98 years and are now known as one of the top dealers of Volkswagen Cars in the world. As Volkswsagen Ameo is designed and manufactured in Pune, we decided to redesign Ameo and named it Punyatli Gaadi.

Shankar Mahadevan’s thrilling concert Katyaar to Kajarare was back with a bang this december. This time it was Nagpur, the Orange City! Hosted by NMC(Nagpur Municipal Corporation), the event took place at Yashwant Stadium in Dhantoli. The show was made free this time and it was a full House! A whopping audience of 40K people attended the show. Ten thousand other people had to go back because the stadium had reached its full capactiy to accomodate the audience. The whole venue was buzzing with energy and the audiences were charmed by Shankar Mahadevans’s magical voice.

Bhandari Volkswagen recently joined the diamond league of Volkswagen dealers. This glorious event took place in Germany and was hosted by Volkswagen. The evening was solely meant for the elite class of Volkswagen dealers across the globe.

In that event, representing India was B U Bhandari Volkswagen which was indeed a proud moment for us. That night top 60 VW dealers from the 10000 dealers around the globe were invited. This group of elite dealers proved their excellence with their unmatched dedication and rock solid work ethic. Mr. Shailesh Bhandari, the owner of B. U. Bhandari Volkswagen was awarded the prestigious diamond pin. The diamond pin is a mark of excellence that is awarded to those dealers who did exceptionally well throughout the year. For a car dealer this prestigious pin is an Olympic medal! We Saketians heartily congratulate B. U. Bhandari Volkswagen for their amazing feat, that too at an international level.

Genelia – The perfect jewel for Chandukaka Saraf

One of the most innovative and growing jewellery brands of Maharashtra– Chandukaka Saraf Jewellers needed a fresh face which is loved by the people of Maharashtra.They wanted to change the perception the people had about diamonds and make them realise that diamonds can also shine on a commpon man’s body. Hence, they wanted a brand face that that belonged to a tradtional Maharashtrian family which would take the brand to a whole different level.

Saket Communications being their Celebrity Management agency was rightly approached for the same two years back. We suggested them that Genelia Dsouza would be a perfect choice for endorsing their brand,to which they agreed. An unanimous decision was taken that Genelia will be the face for Chandukaka Saraf Jewellers and a two year contract was signed accordingly.

After finalising all the terms, Team Saket started working on the shoot scheduling, costume designing and all the other details.Entire campaign, right from appearances to photo shoot execution and logistics was done by Team Saket. Jatin Kampani,one of the top five photographers from the industry shot the most beautiful pictures of Genelia Dsouza at Mehboob Studio,Mumbai.

It was a very successful shoot which was shot on a pleasant sunday morning at one of the most happening studios in Mumbai. The shoot started at 9 in the morning and lasted till 5 in the evening. There were six to seven costume changes and equal number of jewellery changes.

Genelia Dsouza being one of the most adored face in India, gave the perfect visibility to Chandukaka Saraf jewels which looked extremely mesmerizing on her.The association has been going really well as the trio of client – celebrity and agency has been going well for last 2 years. Genelia Dsouza is happy with it and has appreciated  the way how Team Saket works and manages her.The success goes hand in hand as everyone involved in this amalgamation has had a steady growth over the years. We hope to continue doing so.

Smart Saketians for a Smart Pune

It was a year ago when the Modi Government launched the Smart Cities Mission and in which, Pune was selected as the 2nd Smart City across the country. On the occasion of the first anniversary of the launch of projects under the Smart Cities Mission, the Central Government chose Pune to host the festivities at the hands of our Hon. Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi.

Saket was already a part of the Smart Cities Mission since the logo created by one of our senior most artist- Mr. Ravi Pawar was selected as the final logo for Pune Smart City. Saket Communications pitched to be the creative partners for Smart Cities Mission’s launch event and our work was quite appreciated by the Smart City. Saket was thus selected to work on all the communication for publicity through print, outdoor, radio and digital media campaign.

Our team worked relentlessly over a week managing close deadlines and work pressure with gusto. And the result was there for everyone to see. The entire city was painted with the colours of the Smart City campaign and all radio channels were also playing the ads throughout the day. And not only Pune, the ads were also published in all the major National Newspapers! Moreover, on the day of the launch, the digital media campaign went so viral that #SmartCityPune hashtag was trending at number 1 position across India! And it was indeed a privilege to have worked on a campaign that was attended by Shri Narendra Modi, Shri Devendra Fadnavis and many other renowned dignitaries.

But to make all of this happen, there were many nights spent burning the midnight oil at the office. It was a difficult task managing and co-ordinating with the multiple people and getting approvals on each and every creative. Sparks flew, arguments erupted, creative horns were locked and each person on the team gave their absolute best towards ONE goal. And since this was Saket, yummy food was not left behind. Right from wada pav to bhurji, dal makhni and parathas- everything was arranged as motivation. And as we know, it certainly worked!

We had absolute fun along the way and the entire experience of working on a challenging project turned out to be a terrific bonding experience! As an agency there was much to learn through this experience and we certainly look forward to many more such successful projects.

One of the most visible real estate brands in Pune of today – Mantra Properties – Majestique Landmarks was not always popular. Inspite of being in the real estate sector for a while, they were not visible much. Hence, they wanted a brand face that would uplift the brand to a whole new level. They approached Bollywood diva Priyanka Chopra to be their brand face. We were nowhere in the picture until then. Priyanka Chopra suggested them to work with Saket Communications as she was aware of the Vidya Balan Campaign we had done previously.
